just had one of those horrible "oh no! ... whats the password?!?" moments.
evidently I worked out which one it was ... from the long list of passwords with no instructions as to what they are for :P (the list is in my head, not something that is up for sale :P ... if you're looking to be buying lists of people's passwords ... I hope you're not)
Random person: .. anyways, welcome back to your blog Dan!
Dan: thanks ... its been a while
... bye!

Blog from computer yellow 3.
Once upon a time in a galaxy far far away, a long time ago .. about 5 minutes actually, nothing very much happened. Then nothing continued to happen, in a rather inevitable fashion.
Never mind.
On cricket: I don’t know what to think about Flintoff being selected as captain. It led in India to more responsible batting, sure. But what about his bowling? Will he know when and when not to bowl himself? Will he even be fit to bowl? If he isn’t fit, then I guess they go back to Strauss as captain, but Strauss now knows he wasn’t favourite for the position, so that may influence him, he may try to make some kind of point, and mess everything up.
And it IS the ashes too. So there is gonna be a bundle of pressure on these guys.
My team:
Trescothic (Can be brilliant, just not so far this year … hopefully hes saving up for the winter!)
Strauss (I hope he responds properly to not being selected as captain and goes and scores a few tons! ..)
Cook (Scored a double century against the Aussies when they came over here, so while he hasn’t played against them in a test, he knows he can succeed)
Pietersen (Has got to stop getting out to silly shots, and get stuck in!)
Bell (proven himself against Pakistan)
Flintoff (Obviously .. has to be fit though)
Read (better keeper, and Jones wasn’t batting well enough to be selected ahead of him on his batting skills only.)
Harmison (We need Harmison to be on his top form I think … otherwise he does tend to leak runs, bowl lots of wides etc)
Panesar (Better bowler than Giles, and you need 20 wickets in a match)
Mahmood (or Broad, but Mahmood would be useful for his reverse swing and pace, I don’t like the consistency of either of these 2 yet though)
Hoggard (excellent against lefties, and very consistent)
4 bowlers, yes, if Flintoff can’t bowl his full quota we will need the other bowlers, don’t want to be left with Pietersen’s off spin.
…better go, don’t want to be late for maths, eh?

another day, another post
Ow! .. my eyes! .. College computer screen is completely out of focus. It is reaaally bad! … seriously, you’d think that Yale college, at the forefront of all technological boundary breaking, would have at least managed to get the computer screen to be in focus.
Shocking!
Anyway, I remembered what I liked about my time table last year, getting to sleep beyond the hour known as half 6 on Tuesday morning. I guess they took all the trees and put them in a tree museum.
Hmm .. wisdom for the day?:
When in doubt, do as the doubters do?
I dunno, does that sound wise to you? If it does, you’ll probably appreciate any forthcoming words of wisdom, maybe you should buy a little book to keep them all in. If you do, I shall of course demand that you title it ‘Dan’s Many Words Of Wisdom’
Or something like that.

contradiction: it is happening!
yup, another blog post from that blogger commonly known to be anything but prolific in his production of short little notes of wisdom, or even comments on how his day went (or was going)today. It is going well thanks, by the way.
First up music, where we listened to a lot of weird and wonderful(? .. how did that word get in there?) music. Serialism (not musicians going around killing lots of people ... 12 tone sequence stuff), and other isms ... yay! (and we got chocolate!)
(and I was best at composition last year ;D )
just finished the first half of further maths, that half that would be statistics ...
I am now amusing Manu(friend from pure maths) by typing while I stare continuously away from the keyboard (at him).. I don't know really .. it could be ok. (sorry, he asked how fast I could type .. I forgot I could actually say outloud or something)
next bit of further maths is just about to start, I should probably go really ... :( .. I have loaaaaads of 'free' time tomorrow, so I may post again then :) .. we'll see)
no wisdom for today, sorry.
.. have a good evening ..

hooray, I'm back! ...
... at college
... on college computers
... yay ;)
... on a happier note, I am sitting next to the blog master that is Tim, as he churns out another post, chortling merrily to himself n his own inimitable fashion ...
ohh, a bit of backspacing action from the man they know as Tim .. now his fingers tap away diligently and he frowns at his keyboard, as if it has mortally offended him in some strange, inconcievable way. He pauses momentarily for a break from his ruminations upon the way of college computers .. hmm .. hes reading my post!
better go, maths calls :)

hey hey, we're not monkeys
a post for my fans (all 0.5 of them) .. well .. 4 people have told me to post .. I'm just being a good boy
So, this week: (it has been a week, you see)
Last Saturday my cousins came up, and its been a good week I guess you could say ;) .. we've been to the icecream factory (that was good) .. the zoo (with Aled) and generally had fun and stuff! :D ..
what else .. hmm .. tried to explain cricket to the cousins? .. played cricket with cousins? :D
speaking of cricket.. I have also watched some cricket, and have been dissapointed with England so far.. on the upside, Sussex are top of the county championship at the moment, and if Lancashires game is rained off I guess Sussex go top! .. with only a few games left!
last night we introduced the cousins to 'Conspiracy Theory' .. dunno what we're watching tonight, but I guess we'll be starting soon! :P
oh, got my results for my AS exams .. got 'A's :) (woo!)
maybe one day I'll post something nice and long and interesting and everything .. but don't count on it! :P

Twenty20 Finals Day!
A day of cricket :O ... Hooray!
Looks like Essex won't be getting there ... they need 47 from 18, with only 3 wickets left. (3 wickets left may be an issue)
... oh, and they just lost another wicket, 47 from 17, with 2 left!
Good week has been had. Tomk came, he saw .. and we even got the shower working by Thursday! ..
... Tim is talking to the television. odd!
... and the parents are back.
so here ends a short blog post about nothingness really ;) ... fits neatly into the category "I felt I should write something, but didn't know what to write, so I just wrote about what I am doing today"

A post for today. (tomorrows yesterday)
...
On a technicality I did post yesterday, (just so you know) which is good, because that means that by the same technicality I have posted tomorrow, because tomorrow is today. Seeing as tomorrow can be seen to be as the bit when I wake up after going to sleep. But then that gets a bit odd, because then what happens after that? .. does that mean that the next day isn't tomorrow any more, but the day after tomorrow? ...
Well, it is the day after tomorrow, today anyway. Except that technically it isn't. (its tomorrow)
Oh never mind.
(that made sense when I wrote it .. when you read it, it will not make sense - if it does, you deserve some kind of a prize .. not that big a prize though, because it isn't as bad as I thought it would be upon reading it ... amazingly)
So I will attempt to write this sentence that I am now embarking upon, to tax you hopefully slightly more (but not beyond reason) than the last, this is of course a fruitless endevour seeing as I can't string a sentence together (that is where my power of being incomprehensible is derived from)
so .. well .. "It's Not Happening" .. (just thought I'd get a little bit of advertising in there .. you should go there .. its a really good blog!)
tiredness does something to me .. it makes me .. tired ..
its like those times when I am asked to think of something on the spot .. and I try so hard to think, I can't think .. and all I can see is the speach bubbles bouncing slowly around inside my head, like clouds ... (clouds, which have recently defined as white fluffy things in the sky, to dintingiush them from vapour trails left by aeroplanes)
... like clouds, which is of course useless .. (if I want to see clouds I just have to look outside (except by the previously mentioned definition these aren't clouds, because they're grey and uughh ..))
......... is of course useless, because I'm trying to think of something else!
got there in the end ...
(hurrah!)
